Greece poised to host their very first Beach Volleyball Summer Festival
Keratea, Greece. For the first time, Greece will be organizing the Kids Beach Volley Festival, which is part of the CEV development program on beach volleyball.
The event will be held on Thursday 28/6 in the beach of Kaki Thalassa in Keratea, Athens. The main goal is for the children of Primary schools to get knowing beach volleyball and have fun playing the best summer sport. More than 100 kids will be playing for 3 hours beach volley by the Mediterranean sea with other fun events that will be held in parallel.
«Our target is to bring even more children to play beach volleyball. Greece has wonderful beaches with a net and people can play beach volley on their vacations. Hellenic Volleyball Federation from the beginning embraced the event and we are very glad that we will be organizing this Kids Festival in Keratea» said the member of the European Beach Volley commission Athanasios Rerras.
