Pannaxiakos cement leadership in Greek women’s national league with sixth straight win

Athens, Greece, November 26, 2018. Pannaxiakos NAXOS were able to keep their immaculate record after completion of the sixth round in the Greek women’s national league.

The team from the island of Naxos routed Ilioupoli in three sets to use the home-court advantage to the fullest and remain at the top of the standings. Thetis Voulas (pictured) claimed a huge victory in Athens against Aias Evosmou and their Italian superstar, Martina Guiggi (3-2). The libero of Thetis Voulas, Sevastiani ‘Evita’ Xintara, received the award for the Most Valuable Player of the sixth round.
